Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingredients:

125g of salted butter (softened)

250g of peanut butter

125g of granulated sugar

125g of light brown sugar

15ml of whole milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

375g of all-purpose flour

½ tsp of baking soda

¼ tsp of baking powder
-
¼ tsp of salt
-
¼ tsp of cinnamon
Instructions:

Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon together. (put aside)

Use a mixer and cream the butter and peanut butter together until it become smooth.

Add sugar and beat until it is combined.

Add the egg, vanilla, and milk and beat it for 40-60 seconds at medium-high speed until the mixture is light in colour and sugar fully dissolved.

Add the dry ingredient and mix at low speed until it is combined.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour in an airtight container.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line the baking pan with parchment paper aside.

Use a cookie scoop to measure 1½ to 2 tbsp doubt and make it into a ball.

Place 11-13 cookies on a large baking sheet and use a fork to press a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie.

Bake it for approximately 9-11 minutes and take them out when they are starting to turn brown (barely).

Cool it completely on a wire rack before storing or serving.
